Canned responses are rapid response text messages that you can insert into a conversation thread with a customer.
To add a canned response to your account, follow these steps:
1. Click the Account Settings tab, then Canned Responses.
2. Click Add.
3. In the Name field, enter a name for this canned response (e.g., "Be right there").
4. In the Canned Response Text field, enter the text for this response (e.g., "Thank you for your inquiry. An operator will be with you shortly.").
5. Click Save.
