Once you have set up your uText numbers, you will assign them to channels. This allows you to communicate with your customers about a specific product or location.

To assign a number to a channel, follow these steps:

1. From the Account Settings tab, select Settings, then Numbers.

2. Click Edit for the number that you wish to assign to a channel.

3. From the Channel drop-down menu, select the product/channel to which you are assigning this number.

4. From the Status drop-down menu, make sure Active is enabled.

5. Click Save.
