The Quick Message Widget, found on your Dashboard, allows you to send outbound customer messages.
To send an outbound message, follow these steps.
1. Select the Channel from which you want to send your message.
Note: You can add up to 10 phone numbers per outgoing message using the Quick Message Widget. The Quick Message Widget will create a new conversation for each outbound recipient.
3. Enter the body of your message.
You can track each outbound message from the Conversations tab.
