Reprint or email customer receipts for past transactions any time.


To reprint a receipt for a past transaction, follow these steps:


1. Press the Functions button, located at the bottom of the ticket (next to the Print button), and select Refund Transaction




2. Select one of the search options and answer the prompt.


3. Press Confirm


4. Select a transaction from the list. 


5. Press the Print Receipt button to reprint or the Email Receipt button to email the customer a copy of their receipt. 




If email is selected, enter the customer's email address and press Enter




You can also view the transaction details before you reprint or email the customer a copy of their receipt.


1. Press the Functions button, located at the bottom of the ticket (next to the Print button), and select Refund Transaction

4. Select a transaction from the list and press Confirm.


5. Press the Print Receipt button to reprint or the Email Receipt button to email the customer a copy of their receipt.
