We are excited to announce new enhancements available in the uAccept Point of Sale System. These enhancements are available in your system as of November 9, 2015.
IMPORTANT: As an extra safety measure, we recommend you batch out any credit card transactions before the update. For assistance on Batching, click here.
We also highly recommend you close your till before updating to prevent report discrepancies. For assistance on Closing the Till, click here.
We have improved the time it takes to search for a transaction to refund. Refunding a transaction is now much faster and will allow you to continue to help customers with limited downtime.
Loyalty Search Improvements
We have enhanced the Loyalty Search function to be much faster. Searching for a loyalty member on the POS quickly displays your search results so you can easily find and create a new order for your loyalty members.
