We are excited to announce new enhancements available in the uAccept Point of Sale System. These enhancements are available in your system as of December 11, 2015. 


IMPORTANT: As an extra safety measure, we recommend you batch out any credit card transactions before the update. For assistance on Batching, click here.


We also highly recommend you close your till before updating to prevent report discrepancies. For assistance on Closing the Till, click here.

 

Upgrade Enhancements

We have increased the speed at which you POS application software updates, resulting in faster update times. If you have 200 or more products with images, you may notice a progress bar in the main navigation of your POS when updating. This progress bar displays the status of your images updating on your POS.


Live Chat Support

Now you can live chat with our Customer and Technical Support team from anywhere in your online account. Simply click the live chat widget in your account, tell us a bit about yourself, and you’ll receive all the support you need from our knowledgeable Support representatives.


Discount Updates

You no longer have the option to select the Apply to All Qualified Items button when you select to apply a saved discount that can only be applied once in a transaction.
