Edit loyalty information for a customer added to a loyalty program without having to complete a transaction.

1. Navigate to your Customer List and click Loyalty Members.

2. Click a customer from the list.

3. Click Loyalty Rewards.

4. On the next screen, click Add/Remove Loyalty.

5. In the Add/Remove dialog, select whether you're adding or removing points, then enter the amount and any comment. Click Save.

6. The software will display the change in the Loyalty History list on the customer's Loyalty Rewards page.
