The Onsite Widget provides admins and supervisors with information on employees' status for the current day and details such as their punch times, punch method, client name and more. To use the onsite widget, follow these steps:


  1. Log in to your client account, and the Dashboard should display. The dashboard can also be located from the side navigation bar.



  2. Admins will be able to view the status of all employees. Supervisors will only be able to view the status of employees they manage.

  3. The following data is available for the onsite widget:

    • Graphs
      • The graphs show the total number of employees for each status

    • Status
      • In: All active employees who are punched in for the current day
      • On Break: All active employees who are currently on break
      • Lunch: All active employees who are currently at lunch
      • Out: All active employees who are punched out for the current day (these are employees have punched in and out for the day)

    • Employee Information:
      • First Name
      • Last Name
      • Picture

    • Punch Data:
      • Punch Type
      • Punch Time

    • Punch DetailsĀ (on hover of employee):
      • Client Name
      • Punch Method
      • Punch Location

  4. By default, all employees who are currently Punched In will display.

  5. To view the other statuses, simply click on the graph of the status you want to view.



Filter


  1. You can filter your widget by departments. To filter your widget, click on the filter icon located at the top right corner of your widget.

  2. Once clicked, a list of all departments will display.

  3. Click on any of the departments you wish to view information for. The data will automatically change based on your selection.

  4. By default, all departments is selected.


Search


  1. You can search your widget by employees. To search, click on the search icon located at the top right corner of your widget.

  2. One clicked, a search bar will display. Type in the name of the employee you want to search.

  3. If you do not see the employee in the current status you are viewing, make sure to check the other statuses as well.

  4. Closing the search bar, will clear the searched data.
